Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Benton, AR

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and dental instruments Take and process dental X-rays Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Support patient comfort and care throughout their visit Communicate effectively with patients and team members Assist with charting, documentation, and digital dental software Perform routine maintenance of dental equipment Qualifications: Current Dental Assistant certification/license Experience as a dental assistant preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Strong communication and organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude Schedule & Benefits: Full-time position (schedule discussed during interview) Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity for professional growth and training 401K Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 7:30am- 6 pm Friday 7:30 am- 4pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount License reimbursement Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?
