The Position Providence Dental Spa is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Super GP who can confidently perform a wide range of advanced procedures, from implants to endodontics and complex surgery. Youâll join a high-production environment with 120+ new patients each month, generous benefits, and the opportunity to practice at the forefront of modern dentistry. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including implants, impacted third molars, endodontics, and Invisalign Perform high-level restorative and cosmetic procedures using advanced in-house technology (Prime Scans, Prime Mills, CBCT, Itero, 3D printing) Provide patient-centered, spa-like, high-touch clinical care aligned with the practiceâs luxury experience Manage 8â10 treatment/hygiene checks per day while maintaining strong diagnostic accuracy and case acceptance Collaborate with a large clinical team (8â9 DAs, 8â9 hygienists) and two other doctors to ensure smooth practice flow Maintain thorough documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up communications Participate in ongoing education and contribute to the practiceâs growth and clinical excellence Supervisory Responsibilities No immediate direct reports Skills & Qualifications DDS/DMD with 2+ years of experience in a high-production or advanced GP role Strong competency in implants, endodontics, surgical extractions (including impacted 3rds), and Invisalign IV sedation certification preferred (not required, but highly valued) Proficiency or willingness to learn CAD/CAM, CBCT, digital impressions, and 3D printing workflows Excellent patient communication, chairside manner, and empathy Growth-minded, reliable, and committed to consistent, high-level performance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-forward, spa-style environment Work Environment On-site position in Macon, Georgia Compensation Highly competitive annual salary range $375,000 - $550,000 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations IV sedation certification preferred Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
