Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 3+ years of experience to join our clinical team full time. The ideal candidate is confident assisting in surgical and implant procedures, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Chairside assisting in all aspects of general dentistry Assist with oral surgery and implant surgery Take and manage CT/CBCT scans Take accurate impressions (traditional and/or digital) Take diagnostic X-rays Prepare, turn over, and maintain treatment rooms Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols Provide patient education and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate closely with doctors and team members Requirements Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license – REQUIRED Valid X-ray certification – REQUIRED Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience Strong experience in: General dentistry Oral surgery Implant surgery CT/CBCT imaging Taking impressions Excellent communication and chairside manner Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 3 years (Required) Eaglesoft: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
