POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a compassionate, detail-driven Dental Assistant who wants more than a task list. Uphold strict infection control protocols and sterilize instruments following all health and safety guidelines. Manage patient records and assist with scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks with transparency and precision. Work aligned with the dental team to create a cohesive, supportive environment that delivers real results and patient satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care standards. QUALIFICATIONS Dental Assistant certification or relevant training recognized by the state of Illinois. Radiograph Quality: Achieve a 98% acceptance rate of dental x-rays with minimal retakes, ensuring diagnostic quality. Appointment Turnaround Time: Help maintain an average patient appointment turnover time within the clinicâs standard, balancing speed with quality care. Documentation Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy in patient records, billing, and treatment documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
