Job Overview We are a private high end botiq dental practice looking to add a part time/full time certified dental assistant to our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in joining our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical department while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Duties - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations -Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist the dentist during procedures as needed - Undertake lab tasks as instructed - Take dental x-rays - Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care - Maintain accurate patient records - Schedule patient appointments -Keep the dental treatment room clean and well stocked - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records management Requirements -Valid Dental Assistant and Radiology certification Required - Proficiency in medical terminology specific to dentistry - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs We would love for you to meet with us to see how great our team is.
