Dental Assistant - Up to $27/hr + Bonuses & Incentives - - Commerce, MI

We are looking for a friendly and experienced dental assistant to join our team. This job offers competitive pay up to $27/hr. + bonuses and incentives! *Must be able to work minimum 3 weekdays per week + 1-2 short shift Saturdays per month Qualifications/Responsibilities PROFICIENT AT TAKING DENTAL XRAYS Take intraoral photos Provide direct or indirect patient care Capture traditional dental impressions using PVS Digital scanning and impression experience (Itero) Fabrication and temporary cementation of temporary crowns Carry out office procedures smoothly and efficiently Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material(s) needed Sterilize instruments Assist dentist through 4-handed dentistry Provide oral hygiene & post-op care instructions Maintain clean and well-stocked operatory/office Maintain accurate patient records Skills Ability to multitask Assertive Knowledge of dental instruments, dental terminology and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized Reliable and timely High school diploma Dental Assistant Certification/Registration preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Free parking Paid time off Referral program License/Certification: Do you know how to proficiently take dental xrays (Required) Ability to Commute: Commerce, MI 48382 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Commerce, MI 48382: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
