The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is comfortable answering phones, making appointments, collecting insurance information, verifying eligibility, submitting claims, collecting payments and has previous experience with Open Dental

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments and answer patient questions
• Verify insurance eligibility for PPO and medicaid
• Submit claims and collect payments
