Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
• Good knowledge of insurance billing and collection
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
• Answering phone calls and scheduling patients if needed 
• Able to take a digital x-rays, sterilizing instrument, preparing treatment room, checking inventory/supplies.
