Our growing dental practice is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our collaborative and patient-centered team. We are looking for a motivated professional who is compassionate with patients, thrives in a team environment, and has experience across multiple areas of dentistry. Position Highlights: Supportive, team-oriented work culture Opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped practice Focus on high-quality, patient-centered care Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Experience in various fields of dentistry (including general dentistry; experience in specialties is a plus) Strong clinical and chairside assisting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Highly motivated, dependable, and professional Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Capturing Intra oral, facial and smile photos ability. Itero scanning ability, and digital scanning for sameday inhouse crowns is a plus. Responsibilities Include: Chairside assisting during a wide range of dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments Providing exceptional patient care and education Taking digital X-rays and impressions as needed establishing a comforting rapport with patients, spending time with them getting to know their needs and wants and creating value for treatment recommended. Assisting with clinical workflows to ensure efficient operations.
