The Ideal Candidate Embodies: Professional Polish â Impeccably presented and poised at all times Punctuality & Reliability â Consistently present and prepared Organizational Excellence â Anticipates needs and stays ahead of the schedule Refined Demeanor â Warm, sophisticated, and patient-focused Clinical Expertise â Skilled in advanced dental procedures Collaborative Spirit â A true team player who elevates those around them Genuine Passion â Takes pride in delivering exceptional care Proactive Communication â Keeps patients and colleagues informed with clarity and care Key Responsibilities Morning Preparation & Planning Attend daily team meetings prepared to discuss your patient schedule Review patient histories and previous treatment notes Confirm upcoming procedures and ensure all preparatory work is complete Activate equipment and verify treatment rooms are fully operational Check that all technology (TVs, headphones) is functioning properly Patient Care & Clinical Support Greet patients personally in the reception area with refined professionalism Review records to prepare for appointments (X-rays, scans, impressions, anesthesia needs) Set up instruments, equipment, and materials for each procedure Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment Provide expert four-handed dentistry assistance Maintain comprehensive treatment records and documentation Deliver clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions Escort patients to reception following appointments Clinical Operations Maintain impeccably clean and well-stocked treatment rooms Sterilize instruments according to regulatory standards Complete laboratory paperwork and prescriptions under doctor supervision Update and maintain accurate patient dental records Process and take X-rays as needed Perform laboratory tasks as directed Required Qualifications Proven experience as a dental assistant in a high-end or luxury practice setting Comprehensive knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and presentation Strong organizational abilities and dependability Professional appearance and demeanor maintained at all times Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,800.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): What qualities /skills do you embody from job description that would make you a good fit for this position?
