We are an established local children’s dental practice and have been serving Kahului and Oahu since 1977. We are located in Kahului and currently seeking a full time front office Receptionist. Candidate must be an upbeat and flexible team player that loves working with young patients and their families. Punctuality and dependability are a must. Our team is friendly, fun and AMAZING, and we are looking for the perfect person to help us continue to grow. Responsibilities: -Answering phones -Scheduling and confirming patient appointments -New patient onboarding -Co-pay collection -Filling the schedule -Treatment plan presentation -Light office cleaning Hours are Mondays-Fridays 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (Will have one day off during the Monday – Friday and Sundays we are closed) Saturday is a required work day.
