We want someone with solid clinical experience, strong multitasking skills, and the awareness and wherewithal to keep our fast-moving office running smoothly. You will work closely with our doctors and team to help provide an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities: Provide advanced chairside assistance to the dentist during restorative, cosmetic, oral surgery, endodontic, and Invisalign procedures Perform expanded duties including placing restorations, fabricating and adjusting temporaries, and cementing crowns Prepare, set up, and break down treatment rooms; ensure proper sterilization of instruments and adherence to infection control protocols Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans Accurately chart clinical notes and treatment details (Eaglesoft experience preferred) Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-operative care Assist with maintaining efficient clinical and front office flow as needed to support a smooth patient experience Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (required or in progress) Radiology certification (preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Prior experience required Schedule Full-time: Monday through Thursday (occasional Fridays) No evenings or weekends Join the RiNo Dental Family!
