Part-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in Private Practice (Temple, TX) We are a modern, fully digital private dental practice in Temple, Texas seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join our team. Our office is focused on providing comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry with an emphasis on long-term oral health, thoughtful treatment planning, and strong patient relationships. This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys practicing quality-focused dentistry, values clear communication with patients, and has an interest in comprehensive and cosmetic treatment approaches. The position is part time to start but will transition to full time as growth is supported. Current position work days are Wed/Thu with Friday as a very expected addition shortly. Compensation & Schedule Compensation based on a percentage of collections Daily guarantee provided during engagement period Flexible part-time schedule with potential for growth Practice Environment Fully digital workflow (digital radiographs, intraoral scanning, 3D Printing, CAD/CAM) Private-practice setting with efficient systems and strong team support Patient base that values comprehensive care and continuity Emphasis on case acceptance through education, trust, and ethical recommendations Ideal Candidate DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license in good standing Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Interest in comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry Comfortable practicing in a private practice environment that is not insurance-driven Professional, ethical, and collaborative mindse Out of Network with Dental Insurances *Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly desirable* Experience & Development All experience levels considered Dentists with under 5 years of experience must be open to completing a higher volume of continuing education, particularly in comprehensive care, treatment planning, occlusion, and cosmetic dentistry Mentorship available for motivated clinicians seeking continued clinical growth De-credentialing with dental insurance companies will be required Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a CV and brief introduction to mpjdds@gmail.com Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per day Work Location: In person
