Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license and liability coverage. At least two years of experience working in a single location, or relevant prior experience (e.g., RDH or DA). High school job experience is preferred.
