Compensation & Benefits Compensation 35% collection (W-2) Expected Earnings: $250,000-$300,000 annually Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months. Majority of patients are fee for service or PPO. No HMO - No Medicaid - No DELTA INSURANCE accepted The Opportunity : This full-time or part-time role offers a well-balanced schedule: Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm Fridays 8am-12pm. You'll perform a broad scope of general dentistry. No Weekends The Doctor and team provides continuous guidance and mentorship, making this a great opportunity for dentist who want support while growing their skills. IDEAL CANDIDATE: A licensed general dentist with minimum 2 years experience Or AEGD/GPR graduate Compassionate dentist who values excellence, teamwork and long-term patient relationships. Strong communication with positive attitude Interested in long-term growth with a supportive practice Fillings, crowns, root canals, bridges, dentures, extractions, implants, veneers, Invisalign, full mouth rehab utilzing modern technology including iTero scanners, digital x-rays, CBCT and Dentrix Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
