Dental Assistant - Greater Danbury Center for Endodontics - Brookfield, CT

Overview We are looking for one or two mature, full or part-time chairside dental assistants to join us in a fast-paced specialty practice with a commitment to excellent patient care in a warm and friendly environment. You must be able to provide the best in compassionate and professional patient care, be a considerate team player and have the ability to multitask. Basic computer skills are required and flexibility in scheduling is a must . Responsibilities Assistant responsibilities will include four handed assisting the dentists in all chairside procedures using state-of-the-art technology and dental microscopes. Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use. Take digital radiographs while adhering to safety protocols. Manage computerized patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize high definition CBCT 3D scanner. Clean and sterilize treatment rooms. Maintain an organized inventory of dental supplies and equipment. Experience Dental experience is a plus. Radiation and ICE certification is recommended; however, we are willing to provide the time and training to obtain certification to the right candidate.
