Orthodontic Assistant Mill Creek Orthodontics Charlottesville, Virginia MondayâFriday | Full-Time Mill Creek Orthodontics is looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical team. What Youâll Do Assist the doctor during orthodontic appointments Prepare patients and treatment rooms to keep the day running smoothly Perform orthodontic assisting duties including wire changes, adjustments, and banding/debonding support (per state guidelines) Educate patients and parents on appliance care and oral hygiene Maintain clinical organization, sterilization, and infection control standards Support the clinical team to ensure efficient flow and a positive patient experience What Weâre Looking For Minimum of 3 years of orthodontic assisting experience (required) Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and clinical workflow Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Comfortable communicating with patients, families, and teammates A team player who shows up consistently and takes ownership of their role What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package including PTO and holidays MondayâFriday schedule Team experiences and trips Continued education and professional development A supportive, well-structured team At Mill Creek Orthodontics, we believe great smiles start with a great team.
