We're now looking for a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team! What You’ll Do: Perform comprehensive cleanings, scaling, and polishing Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Assist with periodontal charting and support treatment planning with the dentist Maintain accurate, thorough patient records Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and operatory Stay current with advances in dental hygiene practices and technology What We’re Looking For: Valid Oregon RDH license Strong foundation in dental hygiene procedures and terminology Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Prior dental office experience is a plus (but not required) Why Join Valley Dental Works?
