Position Details (updated section): Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour Practice Type: PPO/Fee-for-Service (no Medicaid, HMO, or DMO) What You'll Be Doing: Take high-quality X-rays (PA, bitewings, panoramic) Fabricate beautiful, functional temporary crowns quickly and confidently Communicate treatment plans clearly and compassionately Educate patients on services and products Maintain detailed records and excellent patient communication Set daily goals, track performance, and celebrate wins Must-Have Clinical Skills: Highly proficient in making natural-looking, long-lasting temporary crowns (anterior and posterior) Able to support cosmetic, restorative, and emergency procedures seamlessly Detail-obsessed when it comes to fit, finish, and patient comfort Our Core Values: Honesty Lifelong Learning Trust & Compassion Optimism What We’re Looking For: EFDA Certification (Required) 5+ years of dental assisting experience (with strong crown/endo background) A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Tech-savvy with practice management software and MS Office Spanish-speaking?
