Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Bethlehem, PA
Looking for part-time or full-time (up to about 35 hrs/wk) for our General Dental Practice. Looking for team partner. Must know proper sterilization & infection control procedures and be able to communicate with patients in a clear and professional manor. Radiology Certified (highly preferred), experienced with Dentrix software also preferred. Must be knowledgeable of dental assisting procedures . Light lifting required. Should be able to provide and post treatment instructions and material to patients upon exit. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities of the Assistant include but are not limited to skills of: List out different day to day tasks this person will perform, while using bullets Four Handed Dentistry Familiarity with Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Simple Oral Surgery, Crown & Bridge procedures Familiarity with current infection control protocols Sterilization of instruments Impression taking and pouring of models and sending out cases Familiarity with office ordering X-Ray Certified, to expose with sensor Familiarity with Dentrix software Maintaining cleanliness of the office on a daily basis Light lifting possible with inventory replenishment This office treats all ages of patients Ability to work as a team member Qualifications / Requirements of the (Dental Assistant): Any desired work experience X-Ray Certification license needed Education needed as trained as a Dental Assistant program or school Benefits/Perks : Paid holidays when office closes starting immediately.
