West Market Family Dental Care is a modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures including restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, and implant dentistry Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to OSHA and infection-control protocols Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Assist with impressions, scanning, temporaries, and chairside procedures Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with documentation Sterilize and organize instruments and operatories Support overall office flow and teamwork Qualifications Dental Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience) X-ray certification required Prior dental assisting experience strongly preferred (new graduates welcome to apply) Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent infection-control practices Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Supportive and respectful team environment Modern dental technology and equipment Opportunities for skill growth and continuing education Stable, full-time schedule Paid holidays and paid time off (for full-time employees) Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
