Riverside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, privately owned (non-corporate) pediatric practice opening soon, and we’re looking for an exceptional Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join us on day one! About Us 100% private practice – no corporate checklists or quotas State-of-the-art, brand-new office with all top-of-the-line equipment (digital everything, Panoramic BW capability, CBCT, laser, the works!) Focused on exceptional, high-quality care and unforgettable patient experiences A happy, positive, drama-free team culture where everyone feels like family We believe kids should actually look forward to coming to the dentist! What You’ll Do Chairside assisting for restorative and specialty pediatric procedures Utilize your expanded functions skills (cleanings, sealants, etc.) Create a fun, comforting environment for our little patients (and their parents!) Help shape office systems, flows, and the overall patient experience as part of our founding team Sterilization, lab work, digital radiography, and general support as needed What We’re Looking For Active Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification Current radiology certification Dental assisting experience (pediatric experience strongly preferred) A genuine love for working with children – you’re the type who can turn tears into giggles!
