Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry Level Dental Assistant who is comfortable obtaining radiographs and pouring dental models. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic dental training who wants to grow their skills and advance in the field. Responsibilities: Take dental X-rays (intraoral radiographs) and digital radiography as needed Pour, trim, and polish dental models Assist dentist chair-side with procedures as needed Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Prepare operatories and dental materials Help with patient comfort and care Basic office duties (e.g. scheduling, inventory) if necessary Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Radiography certification or training preferred (able to legally perform radiographs in Florida) Basic experience or coursework in pouring models or dental lab work preferred Strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity Good communication skills, dependable and punctual Team player, willing to learn Compensation & Benefits: Pay: approximately $15.00-$25.50 per hour for entry-level candidates in Florida.
