What we offer: $40,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) Healthcare insurance stipend 401(k) with matching Supportive, team-driven environment Established patient base in a growing community Duties/Responsibilities : Examine, diagnose, and treat a wide range of oral health conditions Utilize digital X-rays and imaging technology to support diagnosis Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorations, extractions, crowns, veneers, whitening, and preventive treatments Administer local anesthesia as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Perform oral cancer screenings Prescribe medications when appropriate Maintain strict sterilization and safety protocols Take impressions for appliances such as mouthguards and dentures Qualifications/Requirements: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active state dental license (or eligibility) CPR certification Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines Experience with practice management software preferred 1â2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Interested?
