A typical day includes: Preparing patients for treatment Assisting with fillings, crowns, extractions & more Performing fluoride, sealants & coronal polishing (once trained) Taking digital X-rays Supporting both chairside and sterilization workflows Educating parents and kids on oral health Keeping treatment rooms safe, clean & kid friendly If you already have DA credentials, great! If not, that is okay too, they are not required for this role. What You’ll Bring Experience with sterilization/instrument processing (required or strongly preferred for this version) Washington Dental Assistant Registration (preferred, but not required to start) CPR & WISHA (can obtain after hire) Ability to pass background checks Excellent communication skills Love for kids & families Why You’ll Love Working With Us You’ll be part of a team where your growth matters.
