Job Summary: We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team at County Roots! Pay is negotiable depending on experience and character. This role focuses on delivering exceptional dental care to young patients ages birth to 18 years old, helping them maintain optimal oral health while ensuring a positive and comforting experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion working with children, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Not a lot of extensive scaling. LOTS of educating about oral hygiene and nutrition. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings and oral hygiene instruction for pediatric patients. Take X-rays. Assess and record patient dental and medical histories. Apply sealants and other preventive measures to protect children's teeth. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Provide a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure a positive patient experience. Adhere to infection control protocols. Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist. Certification in dental radiography.
