Front Office / Front Desk Coordinator â Dental Office We are looking for a bubbly, kind, and highly organized front office professional to be the welcoming face of River Place Dental. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our office. The ideal candidate naturally lifts spirits, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Greet patients with a warm smile and friendly attitude as the first point of contact in our office Answer phones professionally and cheerfully, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions Manage multiple tasks at once while staying calm, positive, and organized Check patients in and out, collect information, and ensure a smooth front office flow Verify dental insurance, submit claims, and help patients understand their benefits and coverage Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, team members, and providers Work closely with the dental team to support daily operations and patient care Help maintain a welcoming, upbeat, and professional office atmosphere Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed What Weâre Looking For: A positive, upbeat personality who genuinely enjoys working with people Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Experience with dental insurance and claims processing (or willingness to learn) A true team player who is dependable, supportive, and willing to help wherever needed Ability to stay friendly and composed in a busy environment Dental office experience is a plus, but a great attitude and people skills are most important This position is perfect for someone who loves being around people, takes pride in creating great first impressions, and wants to be part of a caring, supportive dental team.
