Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups efficiently. Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records. Handle billing and insurance verification with attention to detail. Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the waiting area and reception are tidy and welcoming. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures. Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
