Qualities we are looking for: Excellent people skills Reliability Detail oriented with heart Team player and willing to help your team anytime Love working with patients ( kids and adults) A positive upbeat attitude Responsibilities include: Prepare and seat patients comfortably for treatment Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjustments Place and remove archwires, ties, and appliances as directed Take digital scans, photos, impressions, and X-rays (per regulations) Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain accurate clinical notes and records Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Stock and organize orthodontic supplies Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment Communicate clearly with patients, parents, and team members Our office offers vacation, sick pay, and 401k benefits and holiday pay after 1 year of employment.
