Job Overview We're currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by assisting providers in providing services to our patients. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of dental terminology, strong inter-personal skills and a desire to be part of a wonderful team. Responsibilities Making an excellent first impression Answering questions and providing information regarding dental services and procedures. Provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient Assist dentists during a variety of procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care Intra-oral digital scanning Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage infection control Support with surgical procedures (retraction, sutures, etc.) Ensure compliance with all health regulations and company standards Working with co-workers to construct productive and well-coordinated days Requirements Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations. Open Dental experience Experience with dental terminology Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
