Job Summary Pediatric Dental office is seeking dedicated and skilled FULL TIME DENTAL ASSISTANTS to join our Team. Job Description Assist during examinations and procedures, with four-handed dentistry techniques. Mix materials and cements, place rubber dam, suction, take dental impressions, fit space maintainers, take digital x-rays, etc. Prepare and maintain the treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and infection control protocols. Manage sedated patients. Manage dental and medical documentation and maintain accurate dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred. Previous experience with Dentrix is a PLUS, but not required. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, and FLUENT in both English and Spanish.
