We are seeking a bilingual Pediatric Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with kids. What You’ll Do Assist the pediatric dentist chairside during procedures including fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, and cleanings Help children feel comfortable using age-appropriate communication and behavior management techniques such as tell-show-do, distraction, and nitrous oxide monitoring Take digital and traditional pediatric X-rays Sterilize instruments, disinfect treatment and play areas, and follow strict infection control protocols Educate parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care Collaborate with the pediatric and general office teams to ensure smooth daily operations Travel with the pediatric doctor to one assigned location per day (no multi-location days) What We’re Looking For Current RDA or CDA certification CPR certification Experience working with children in a dental or medical setting Pediatric dental experience in a fast-paced, high-volume office preferred Knowledge of pediatric behavior management techniques Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering 5-star service Why Join Us Work in a child-friendly, 5-star practice Be part of a dedicated pediatric team supporting multiple general offices Supportive, collaborative work culture On-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth Competitive compensation and benefits Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
