Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist who is looking for an opportunity to join a supportive team and provide 5-star care to our patients! Our ideal candidate has excellent people skills, works well in a team-oriented environment, and is eager to learn and grow professionally. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional preventative and periodontal care, educating patients on all aspects of their oral health and helping them feel comfortable and informed. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventative care procedures in a gentle and thorough manner Obtain dental radiographs, intraoral photos, and intraoral iTero scans Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and overall dental health Review patient medical histories and update clinical records Work closely with our dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Assist with sterilization of dental instruments, and be willing to be a team player with various intra-office tasks Stay current with new techniques, technology, and best practices in dental hygiene Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in MA Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent team player with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team culture 90 minute new patient appointments and 60 minute recall appointments Opportunities for learning and professional development Competitive compensation including PTO, 8 paid holidays, 401k with employer match, production-based bonuses, employee discount, CE reimbursement Hourly compensation will be based on experience and skills.
