Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles through effective diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of various dental procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and professional growth. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, utilizing dental terminology accurately. Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care to promote oral health. Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), and prosthodontic treatments with precision and aseptic technique. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols. Utilize dental imaging tools effectively to diagnose issues related to anatomy knowledge and infection control standards. Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to foster long-term oral health habits. Skills Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar systems. Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and experience working with pediatric patients (pediatrics). Expertise in oral surgery techniques including dental extractions and infection control procedures. Ability to interpret medical terminology accurately for comprehensive patient assessment and documentation. Skilled in endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (dental fabrication), and general dentistry procedures. Familiarity with medical imaging technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse patient needs.
