We are building something special from the ground up and are looking for a Dental Assistant who values professionalism, efficiency, and patient comfort. Role Overview As a Dental Assistant, you will be a key part of delivering a seamless, relaxing experience for our patients while supporting the doctor with high-quality chairside care. Responsibilities Chairside assisting in general dentistry (restorative, endo, perio, pediatric) Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict OSHA and infection control standards Take digital X-rays and record medical/dental histories Fabricate temporary crowns, cord packing, preliminary impressions, digital scanning, etc Provide clear post-op and oral hygiene instructions Maintain accurate clinical records (Open Dental) Support patient flow, sterilization, and equipment care Answer phones at times Create a warm, polished, and calming patient experience at all times Pluses Additional Languages are a plus (Dr. Chao is English, Mandarin, and Spanish speaking) High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and communication skills Calm, professional demeanor in a patient-focused environment What We Offer $18+/hour , based on experience Growth opportunities as the practice expands Relaxed, modern work environment with a supportive team Apply Apply through Indeed or email with your resume.
