We are looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team for at least Two Days out of the week. We need a Dental Hygienist that can help lead our growing practice, treat patients in a comprehensive manner, hit production goals, and keep morale high. We're a transitioning dental office looking for a Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist who is highly driven, goal-oriented, and organized. We need someone who can help lead our growing practice, take care of patients, meet production goals, and maintain a positive environment. The ideal candidate will be a sharp, energetic, independent thinker and a trustworthy individual. We prefer candidates with: a positive mindset excellent organization skills, interpersonal communication skills, a belief in the importance of preventative dentistry. Responsibilities include: Organizing and managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive care and education Establishing care plans for treating periodontal and implant diseases Assisting the team with x-rays Charting and attention to patient assessment Sterilizing dental instruments properly Identifying conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Cleaning and helping protect patients' teeth Giving instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures Assisting dentists with selecting appropriate treatments Maintaining documentation and charts on each patient Monitoring hygiene supplies Requirements include: Being a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in your state of residency.
