We are currently hiring a Front Office Team Member to join our dynamic and compassionate team! The Front Office team member is the first face our patients see — and we’re looking for someone who can provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression every time . This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills , and the ability to manage all aspects of the front desk with confidence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Answer phones and manage patient scheduling Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect co-pays Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment Support office flow and assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Dental front office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing personality and a team player attitude Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Some of the Perks: NO WEEKENDS!
