**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the dentist and hygienists in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced dental clinic. The successful candidate will be able to work in a variety of settings, including general dentistry and prosthodontics, and will have a strong understanding of dental anatomy and infection control. **Responsibilities:** - Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including vital signs and preparing patients for procedures - Operate 3D scanners and other dental equipment as needed - Provide exceptional patient care, including taking radiographs and assisting with procedures - Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic, adhering to strict infection control protocols - Monitor and document patient records - Collaborate with the dental receptionist to ensure a smooth patient flow - Participate in four-handed dentistry with the dentist and hygienist - Perform administrative tasks as needed **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent -5 years plus experience - Experience in general dentistry - Strong understanding of dental anatomy and vital signs - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with Dentrix and other dental software - Excellent communication and patient care skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Knowledge of infection control protocols - Experience with dental receptionist duties a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
