Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant with prior orthodontic experience to join our dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a passion for patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embodying our core values.We see patients 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) and enjoy our 3-day weekends! Current radiology certification required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable team player who values collaboration and a positive workplace culture. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Genuine passion for patient care and creating beautiful smiles. Job Duties: Assist Dr. Lazin with clinical procedures, including bondings, wire changes, and adjustments. Take accurate digital impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photographs. Assist with in-house lab work including fabricating retainers, operating and maintaining 3D printers, and supporting our fully digital orthodontic workflow. Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and orthodontic care. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized clinical environment. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and team members to build trust and ensure a positive office atmosphere.
