Front Office Hygiene Coordinator â Full Time Dr. Greg Pitts DDS American Fork, UT Dr. Greg Pitts DDS is seeking an experienced Front Office Hygiene Coordinator to join our friendly, team-oriented dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident with patient communication, and experienced in dental front office systems and insurance. Position Details Full-time position Schedule: MondayâThursday, 7:30 AM â 5:30 PM Occasional Fridays 7:30-2 Location: American Fork, Utah Key Responsibilities Calling and confirming the hygiene schedule to maintain a productive day Managing hygiene recare and recall systems Reviewing and clearly presenting treatment plans to patients Discussing financial options and answering patient questions regarding treatment costs Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining insurance breakdowns Communicating insurance information accurately and clearly to patients Supporting the front office and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous dental front office experience required Dentrix experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefit verification Excellent verbal and phone communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Self-starter with the ability to work independently Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health care coverage Supportive, positive work environment Opportunity to be part of a stable and patient-focused dental practice How to Apply Please apply through Indeed or contact us directly: Email: gregpittsdds@gmail.com We look forward to meeting a motivated professional who is excited to be part of our team!
