Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist(Including GP, Orthodontist and Periodontist) to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and techniques, including Dentrix, Dexis, CBCT and Bio-Laser. The Associate Dentist will perform a wide range of procedures, from general dentistry to specialized treatments such as endodontics, prosthodontics, Orthodontics and periodontics , with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions using current clinical practices and dental terminology Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. For specialists, only practice on their specialized fields Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with patients about their oral health needs Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation tools to record accurate patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Execute oral surgery procedures with aseptic technique and infection control standards Provide pediatric dentistry services when applicable, ensuring comfort and safety for young patients Apply four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient experience Maintain detailed medical records and ensure proper documentation of all treatments performed Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures to enhance patient care quality Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution; valid state dental license required Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix and Dexis preferred Experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery highly desirable Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and HIPAA compliance Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other restorative procedures Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
