We are a well-established, patient-centered practice in Sorrento Valley, CA , focused on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and positive environment. Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Compensation/Benefits: $20â$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Monthly performance bonus (based on meeting requirements) Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits Requirements: Valid DA license (California) Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in a dental assisting role Strong organizational and time management skills Clear and professional communication skills with patients and team Ability to stay calm under pressure Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of care Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Open to constructive feedback and ongoing learning Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
