As our patient base continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a motivated and personable Associate Dentist with 2–3 years of clinical experience to join our practice. Position Summary: As an Associate General Dentist at Lotus Dental Care, you will work alongside a supportive team to provide comprehensive dental services to our diverse patient population. You’ll have the opportunity to practice with clinical autonomy while benefiting from mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a strong patient base. Key Responsibilities: Start with basic dentistry (exams, fillings, and cleanings) and over time graduate to providing a full range of general dentistry services, including crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions Diagnose and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using our digital dental software Communicate effectively with patients to build trust and ensure they understand their treatment options Adhere to all federal, state, and dental board regulations and protocols for infection control and patient safety Collaborate with our front office and dental assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school Active California Dental License in good standing Current DEA license CPR/BLS certification (must be current) Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Proficiency in restorative dentistry; comfort with endodontics and extractions is a plus Excellent chairside manner and communication skills Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and working collaboratively with a team Job Type: Part-time Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per day Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Professional development assistance Retirement plan Application Question(s): Are you open to working one to two Saturdays a month ?
