Overview Bay Hills Family Dentistry is a family-oriented general dental practice where we treat our patients like family. We are a growing practice seeking an experienced Chairside Dental Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team. What You'll Do: Assist chairside during dental procedures with confidence and care Help ensure smooth daily clinical flow and patient comfort Educate patients using dental terminology and procedure knowledge Build trusting relationships with patients of all ages Work closely with the doctor and team to deliver excellent patient care Maintain a calm, positive, and compassionate chairside presence What We're Looking For: Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
