Partner / Managing Dentist – Riverside County We are looking for a high-caliber Managing Dentist who is ready to step into a long-term partner role and help grow a multi-location dental organization in Riverside County . This opportunity is designed for a doctor who wants meaningful leadership, business involvement, and a clear path to ownership and expansion —not just an associate position. The Opportunity: This role offers a defined pathway to partnership for a dentist who demonstrates strong clinical excellence, leadership ability, and a commitment to building multiple practices within Riverside County. You will be involved in both clinical leadership and strategic decision-making . Primary Duties: Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused general dentistry Serve as the clinical leader for the practice, setting standards and mentoring doctors Work closely with ownership on growth initiatives and new office development Help launch, manage, and support additional locations Drive strong clinical performance while fostering a positive team culture Ensure compliance with California dental regulations and best practices Ideal Candidate: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active California dental license in good standing 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong interest in ownership, partnership, and long-term growth Business-minded with excellent communication and leadership skills Must reside in Riverside County and plan to stay long-term Compensation & Benefits: Structured path to equity/partnership Competitive base and production-based compensation Leadership and growth opportunities beyond a single practice Full administrative and operational support Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per day Work Location: In person
