Your Role: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our orthodontist as they transform smiles and lives. You'll prepare for and assist with orthodontic procedures, build relationships with our patients, and ensure our office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist orthodontist in orthodontic procedures Prepare patients and equipment for treatment Maintain and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment Take and record dental histories and patient records Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office A friendly, patient-focused attitude Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Us?
