Your Role: - Build trust with team and patients - Pursue lifelong clinical and practice management learning/education - Utilize modern technology to provide clinically excellent dentistry - Support full suite of hygienists allowing you to focus on restorative and advanced care - Monday - Thursday working 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Your Experience and Qualities: - DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School and active State Dental Board license - A minimum of two years of post-dental school GP dental experience - A keen sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity - A willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians - A hunger to achieve financial success and independence - Tools and resources to achieve your professional goals - Partnership and ownership opportunities available - All practices are PPO and cash-only patients - Compensation ranges from $300,000-$500,000 annually for our full-time associates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Relocation assistance Education: Doctorate (Required) Experience: Clinical: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Dental License (Required) Work Location: In person
