Registered Dental Assistant – Full Time Advanced Endodontic Care Advanced Endodontic Care, a specialty endodontic practice, is seeking a skilled and professional Registered Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient focused, and committed to delivering high standards of care in a fast paced specialty environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday office schedule 4 days per week , 8–10 hour shifts Full-time position Location: Primary office location: Richland, WA (Tri-Cities) Must be willing and able to commute to Walla Walla, WA (secondary location) as part of the schedule. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant license Current CPR certification Professional and outgoing personality Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Commitment to patient comfort and clinical excellence Preferred Experience Includes: Assisting with general endodontic procedures including pulpotomies pulpectomies and root canal therapy Assisting with surgical procedures such as apicoectomies and retrograde fillings Experience working in a specialty dental or endodontic practice Responsibilities May Include: Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care Updating and maintaining accurate patient records Taking dental radiographs and intraoral photographs Assisting clinicians during endodontic and surgical procedures Sterilizing instruments and ensuring infection control protocols are followed Preparing and turning over operatories for patient visits Compensation: 22/hr and Up (Dependent Upon Experience) Benefits: Health Insurance Life Insurance 401k Plan PTO and Paid Holidays If you are a motivated Registered Dental Assistant looking to grow your skills in a specialty endodontic practice, we would love to meet you.
