Registered Dental Hygienist - Brothers Dental - Colorado Springs, CO

We are a high-functioning private practice (no corporate) that utilizes our hygienists in conjunction with the entire dental team. Our hygiene is blocked in 1-hour increments and our assistants support our hygienists and vice versa. We offer the stability of a guaranteed $65-70/hr salary, depending on experience, but new graduates are also welcome to apply! It is a relaxed atmosphere in our office where we are able to take care of individuals based on their real needs instead of focusing on arbitrary numbers for scheduling and production. Everyone in our team takes care of each other and we are able to enjoy the best of all worlds as a result (efficient production in a low-stress environment).
