Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience in dental office settings. The successful candidate will contribute to a welcoming environment and ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner Answering multi-line phone systems with a clear and pleasant voice Schedule appointments Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records Handle correspondence via email and phone with excellent phone etiquette Assist with dental insurance verification and insurance breakdown Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment Support administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing office emails, and supporting personal assistant duties if required Experience Previous dental administrative experience preferred Knowledge of PPO dental insurance contracting preferred Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles highly desirable Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse clientele Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not mandatory Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental office: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
